I hate April Fools' day for reasons which I mentioned in a Plinky post I made earlier today, so I am 100% serious about this. This actually happened.
Sign of the apocalypse for April 1, 2009: An Ohio police report disclosed yesterday that a 28-year-old man, Kyle Wygle, called 911 after sustaining injuries during a crash on his motorized bar stool. Wygle admitted he had already consumed 15 beers and was charged with driving under the influence as well as driving with a suspended license. The report also states that Wygle mentioned his motorized bar stool, powered by a lawn mower engine, can reach a top speed of 38 miles per hour.
This is no joke; skeptics can look it up on the Web. Probably one of the dumbest things ever to occur in the history of the world.
